Depending on the case and applicable warranty terms, we may provide repair, replacement, service support or another applicable resolution.

 

Before You Warranty Claim Submit

Please keep the following information ready:


✓ Product/model number
✓ Purchase invoice or proof of purchase
✓ Warranty registration details, if applicable
✓ Description of the issue
✓ Clear photos/videos of the product or issue
✓ Order details, where applicable

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically mean that the claim will be approved. Every claim is subject to review and verification according to the applicable warranty terms.
